- Good Food that’s Good for You Health Stop recipes feature the freshest ingredients available. Our chickens and steak are all natural, better tasting and better for you. We only use 100% fresh produce, received whole and cut in-house, every morning. Health Stop recipes are prepared based on a high set of standards designed to conserve the nutrients, minerals and vitamins naturally found in fresh foods. We select minimally processed ingredients and use “healthy” fats, wherever possible.
